Banana Wrap
1 flour tortilla | 3 T peanut butter | 1 banana, peeled
- Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla
- Lay the banana on the side edge of the wrap. Roll it up, but not tightly. Tuck in the ends of the wrap if they're left over
- Enjoy!

Celery Sticks
4 celery stalks | 1/2 c peanut butter | raisins/sultanas
- Wash the celery and cut it into pieces about 10 centimetres long.
2. Spread peanut butter over the length of the celery stalks.
3. Press raisins into peanut butter.
4. Place filled celery stalks on plate and enjoy!

Cheesy Popcorn
6 c popped popcorn | 2 T butter, melted | 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- Place popcorn in a shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle the butter over the popcorn and sprinkle the cheese all over.
- Serve immediately

Cheezy Weezy Ham Triangles
6 flour tortillas | 2 c Cheddar cheese, grated | 1 c cooked ham, diced
1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Place cheese and ham on the bottom half of tortillas. Foll tortillas in half so (that it covers the filling)
3.Place tortillas on a baking sheet covered tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes (or until the edges turn golden brown in colour)
4.Cut in half and serve hot

Custard Jam Bites
1 1/2 c self raising flour | 1 c custard powder | 2 T sugar | 60g margarine | 1/2 c milk | 1/4 c strawberry jam
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly coast an oven tray (flat) with cooking spray
- Combine flour, custard powder and sugar in a medium bowl. Rub in the margarine with the fingers until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Stir in the milk to form a stiff dough
- Place teaspoonfuls of the dough onto the tray, indent the top and bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool and while still warm, drop a little bit of the jam on top of each biscuit. Serve either warm or cool

Frozen Mashed Banana
1 medium banana | 2 T milk/apple juice | chocolate sauce
- Cut the banana in half-inch pieces. Freeze for 8 hours in a zip lock bag.
- Place frozen banana pieces and milk/apple juice in a blender & pulse until chopped then blend until mashed
- Put into a bowl and serve with drizzled chocolate syrup

Peachy Keen Jelly Bean
1 packet jelly (any flavour) | 410g can peach slices*
- Prepare the jelly, following the directions on the packet.
- Divide the peaches between four serving cups.
- Pour the jelly over the peach slices and refrigerate until set.
- Eat when ready
* May use any canned fruit if desired

Peanutter Marhsmallows
1 c Fluff (marshmallow creme) | 1/2 c smooth peanut butter | 2 t lemon juice | 1 T water
- Whisk together the ingredients until smooth. You can stick it in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften it all up before mixing if you want as well
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving

Yoghurt Icy-Pops
1 c fresh fruit, seeded | 2 containers plain/fruit yoghurt
- Mash the fruit
- Mix the fruit and yoghurt together in a large bowl
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and seal
- Freeze for 8 hours (or overnight)
- Serve cold
